Prior to joining Ringler, Troy spent 17 years at Pacific Life across three departments, gaining extensive experience in licensing, commissions, and structured settlements. In the Licensing & Commissions Department, he appointed financial advisors and processed commission payments. In the Structured Settlement New Business Department, Troy reviewed and validated settlement agreements and qualified assignment agreements, court orders, and processed commission payments. In the Structured Settlement Sales Department, he provided and revised competitive rate quotes and reviewed cases to ensure eligibility under IRC §104(a)(2).
