Nicol Vargas EVP and CFO

As Ringler’s Chief Financial Officer, Nicol Vargas manages Ringler’s financial statements, ledgers, cost accounting, payroll, accounts receivable and budgeting, as well as reports on trend analysis. Nicol also assists with dashboard reports and business plans for Ringler consultants. Nicol joined Ringler as Controller in January 2017 with over 20 years of experience in accounting and the insurance industry.

Since joining Ringler in 2016, Nicol has been promoted from Controller to Vice President of Finance to CFO in recognition of the effectiveness and efficiencies of the company’s financial reporting and leadership.

Ms. Vargas was also the recipient of the 2020 Chairman’s Award for her outstanding contributions to the organization.
