Kenneth R. Klapacz Consultant

Ken joined Ringler in 2006. Prior to joining Ringler, Ken practiced law in the Chicagoland area for 19 years. From 1999-2006, he was a partner in the law firm of McArdle, Frost & Klapacz, specializing in representing plaintiffs in wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases.

Handling all aspects of case management from initial contact to finalizing settlement documents, he is also responsible for marketing and maintaining client relationships, as well as attending settlement conferences and mediations, providing assistance to clients, the court and attorneys. He also participates in local and national seminars on the use of settlement annuities.
