In 2007, at the urging of Ringler Founder and brother-in-law David Ringler, Herb opened the Ringler Tennessee office in Nashville. Over the years, with Dave’s mentoring and Herb’s strong marketing and relationship-building skills, Ringler Tennessee quickly became profitable. In 2008, Herb was promoted to Associate and became the President of Ringler Associates Tennessee Inc.
Herb is an objective settlement consultant with 17 years of experience managing and settling various types of cases, including workers’ compensation, personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, wrongful incarceration, and minor cases. Herb uses his empathy and compassion for helping others in his needs-based approach to finding the right solutions for his injured clients and their families. Herb excels in his expertise in the design of structured settlements, tax-free periodic plans.
