  • Case involves a Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) allocation report or CMS recommendation
  • A Worker’s Compensation case in a state that allows indemnity to be settled
  • Claimant requires funding for future medical, future durable good and/or future household services
  • The case is a Worker’s Compensation case in a state that allows medical to be settled
  • The case includes a wrongful death leaving dependent heirs (especially a parent death that leaves minor children)
  • Claimant is over the age of 55
  • The Plaintiff Professionals specifically requests that a structured settlement is used
  • Catastrophic Injury (Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Paralysis, Amputation, Loss of Vision or hearing etc)
