His expertise includes handling severe trucking accidents throughout the U.S., particularly in an eight-state area including Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska and New Mexico.
His responsibilities include designing and negotiating structured settlement packages and attending mediations and settlement conferences for a variety of cases. In addition, he conducts file reviews and provides direct assistance to clients, attorneys and the court.
