Michael Zea has been the Managing Consultant for the Costa Mesa office of Ringler from 2007 to the present.

Saphyna Delgado joined Ringler in 1999 and has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Ringler, Saphyna spent several successful years working in the insurance industry. She was a Claims Specialist at AIG Claims Services, where her responsibilities included AOE/COE investigations, rehabilitation, reserving, permanent disability rating, subrogation, quarterly file reviews, and settlement negotiations.
