Brian M. Farrell, Jr. Consultant

Brian began his career with Ringler in 2009. He now owns and manages the Connecticut office and is currently Chairman of the Ringler Board of Directors. Brian joined the structured settlement industry with another firm in 2002. Brian has now helped place over $1 billion in structured settlements in his career.

Brian has 12 years of experience in the property casualty claim industry in a number of claim handling and management experiences, in both a home office and multiple field office setting.

In April 2021, Brian was appointed by Governor Ned Lamont to serve on the Connecticut State Insurance and Risk Management Board.  The mission of the Board is to protect the assets of the State of Connecticut through a comprehensive and cost-effective insurance and risk management program.
